Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Reschedule Policy

Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled session via email or WhatsApp. A maximum of 1 reschedule is allowed per booking.

Payment

Pricing information is shared during the booking/confirmation process. Payment is made after the booking is confirmed.
